		<description>Excellent post indeed! I am exactly experiencing your points trying to tie up a serviceoriented organization - both the business part AND the it. And what this should mean to them in terms of a change process... We found out, the business potential is much higher, then the it optimization would be... so I also strongly believe SOA is far more than only structuring things, but also ways of working...</description>
